Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is free within Australia for orders of $100 and over!

For orders under $100 we charge a standard shipping flat rate of $10.00.

Express Shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.

Where we deliver

We deliver Australia wide within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

For express shipping we will deliver within 1-3 business days (depending on your location).

How we deliver your goods

We use Australia Post for all shipping via Registered Post.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will make every effort to deliver parcels as quickly as possible, however we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery. Orders are sent with Australia Post.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Jewelz n Things if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge inquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we may not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

RETURNS

We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience and want you to be satisfied with your purchase! You may return/exchange any purchased item/s which is new and still in its original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition, with original tags attached.

How do I return my item/s?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date and let us know your intention to exchange or return by emailing hello@jewelznthings.com.au.  Upon inspecting and being satisfied with the condition of the returned item, we will gladly credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost. For exchanges, we will resend the new exchanged item for free without any additional charges.

 Returns Process

  1. Email us: hello@jewelznthings.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item/s to inform us that you wish to return your item/s.
  2. You can place a new order online for a replacement size, colour or alternate product and return this product to us for a refund.
  3. Complete the RETURNS FORM and send the form along with your item/s (in their original condition) to our returns address.
  4. Once we receive the returned item/s we will inspect the items and process your return within 3 business days.
  5. We will email you once your return has been processed.

 Exchange Process

  1. Email us: hello@jewelznthings.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item/s to inform us that you wish to exchange an item/s and please tell us the new replacement item you would like to exchange.
  2. Complete the RETURNS FORM and choose the Exchange code reason on the returns form.
  3. Send the form along with your item/s (in their original condition) to our returns address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item/s we will send the new exchanged item for free without any additional charges.
  5. We will email you once your new item is on its way.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Jewelz n’ Things takes the utmost care to ensure that all items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched however; we do strongly advise that all items are tried on by you on receipt of your order to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
  • Please notify us immediately if you wish to return your item within 7 days of the delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to check the items for fit in the provided time frame.
  • Upon inspecting the product/s, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost.
  • Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
  • We allow for one free exchange only, any exchanges thereafter will incur delivery costs.
  • Please choose carefully. No refunds or exchanges on reduced items offered.
  • For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings unless the goods are of unacceptable quality or incorrectly described.
  • We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
  • If you have received a faulty product, please email us at hello@jewelznthings.com.au to inform us of the fault and please include pictures.
